}} Fei Shi (birth and death dates unknown), courtesy name Gongju, was a minister of the state of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period. He originally served Liu Zhang as the Prefect of Jinzhu (绵竹), but surrendered to Liu Bei after Liu Bei took control of Yi Province from Liu Zhang.
